Stable Print has extensive stock holding facilities, which we have found to be very useful to our clients who have products that they require in varying quantities and often with altered designs or finishes.

In-House Plate Making

Facilities are available to make low cost printing plates in-house for shorter runs, or we can arrange for hardened steel plates for longer production runs.

Block Dies

We have the facilities to make low cost blocking dies in-house for tipping out work and can advise and arrange for more complex dies to be made for flat or convex surface work.

Machine tooling

We are experienced in the use of custom-built machine tooling for specialist projects and can advise clients on this area if required. An example of the usage of machine tooling would be to allow components to be printed both sides in one process.
